ABOUT US

The Silk Road was the ancient trade route connecting the East and West from China to the Mediterranean Sea. Trade on the Silk Road played a significant role in the development of the civilizations of China, the Indian subcontinent, Persia, Europe, the Horn of Africa and Arabia, opening long-distance relations between the civilizations.

The Silk Road led through the exotic, mysterious and fabulous Uyghur land (AKA Uygur). Uyghur is a Turkic ethnic group in Central Asia and the North-Western China, the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

Silk Road Uyghur Restaurant serves authentic Uyghur food which is the fusion of Middle-Eastern and Asian culinary arts. Our authentic food is made from the best and freshest ingredients with high standard quality. In addition, we offer a great selection of Vegetarian Dishes and our entire menu is Halal.
